Fold a Paper Crane for Japan.

3:45 AM

I’ve never made a paper crane before until a few hours ago when I came across a campaign page in Facebook that says “PAPER CRANES FOR JAPAN”. With the help of an instructional video from Youtube, I made one specially for Japan. My prayers go to all the people in Japan with this paper crane. Stay strong.

Here's also the instructional video that helped me through making one for Japan. Natuwa ako sa paggawa. It's simple, easy, sisiw! Your first effort for a paper crane shall be for Japan.

Why cranes? Cranes are sacred creatures in Japanese culture. According to ancient legend, anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish—like long life or recovery from illness—by a crane. DoSomething.org aims to collect 100,000 photos of origami cranes from young people to represent 100 wishes for relief and healing to all who are affected by this tragic natural disaster. ”

Visit www.facebook.com/papercranesforjapan and fold your own paper crane now.

P.S Japan is my second country and Japanese is my second nationality...echos. I've always admired everything about Japan. Isa siya sa mga bansang pinapangarap kong pasukin someday. I've also dreamed of doing a mission trip in Japan, introducing them Christ and living for Him. Kaya full force ako sa pakikiramay even with these campaigns. ^^
