JK was the guy who taught me that Qyosko's not just about Buttered Garlic Chicken but also Burgersteaks. JK was the guy who taught me that tiramisu is best at Gabby's Bistro. JK was the one who taught me that OTL is a Korean expression which means "depressed" (look at how the letters are placed). JK was the one who taught me that Windows Vista best works with a 2GB RAM. JK was the one who taught me that life is also about people coming and leaving. His English name, JK, means, "JUST KIDDING".

I only got close with JK for a month despite his 8-month stay in Dumaguete. He brought me to places I never knew and blah, blah, blah. He respected my opinion on smoking, drinking, religion, and Christianity. He listened to my preachings and complaints. I did the same,and we knew we could get along with it. We thought alike and almost acted alike. Well, wish I knew him longer. Sometimes, seemingly great people just come and go, and every happy memory is just left frozen on papers.
