It was about 45 minutes away from the city. We took the bus at 5am. We thought we missed the sunrise, but we were actually right on time. Elroe, Eden and I took the plunge while Kristie and Kath laid themselves on the sand. The shots weren't nice though but these are already good for keepsake. The place was cool and it was free as well.
