The 36-hour highlights

A week ago, I paid a visit to the place I've always considered my second home ever since I set foot on it. It was merely a 36-hour stay. The only reason I made a rush visit to Dumaguete was to surprise a friend on her birthday. I was confronted by a couple of dilemmas that would have canceled the trip. But since God was willing, I set sail for the first time this year.

Manolito Saldivar is a Physical Education teacher in Silliman University. He was my teacher for 2 semesters when I was in freshman college. He has sung in several events in Dumaguete, and I admit, he's one breathtaking tenor. Para ngang ayaw ko ng panoorin ang concert ni Andrea Bocelli dahil napakinggan ko na ang katapat niya. Now, he's a finalist in ABS-CBN's Pilipinas Got Talent. Dati, tinuruan lang niya kami mag-aerobics at mag-footsal, ngayon ay nasa Philippine Television na siya, at halos matanggal pa baba ni Ai-Ai sa kanyang pagkanta haha! KURATA UY! As a Sillimanian, I'm very proud of you sir! Carry out the Silliman pride in us. YAY~! ^_^

Just proud! Center of Excellence. Silliman University College of Nursing is number one in the Philippines! Mala-Martial Law man ang administration - me ibubuga rin pala talaga. Milyones pa ginagastos ngayon to improve everything in it. Woooh. It feels great to be in the No. 1 Nursing School in the Philippines, kk! Looking forward for even more things to be proud of after graduation!
